Cancellation
Booking is only secured once full payment has been received in respect of such booking. We reserve the right to decline any booking within 24 hours of the booking being made. All amounts paid in respect of a booking are non-refundable, except in the event that a course that is booked does not take place or is discontinued due to an act or omission of an officer or employee at Bump to Cradle, in which case a pro rata refund may be issued.
A 75% refund will be issued where the participant cancels, in writing, 6 weeks or more before the start date of their course. A 50% refund will be issued where the participant cancels, in writing, 4 - 6 weeks before the start date of their course. Aside from this, no refunds can be issued for cancellation by a course participant although Bump to Cradle may, in its sole and absolute discretion, offer a full or pro rata refund (as applicable) in exceptionally sad circumstances where a miscarriage or still birth prevents a course participant from starting or attending the remainder of a course they have paid for. For the avoidance of doubt, Bump to Cradle’s discretion to refund in these sad circumstances does not extend to where classes or courses are missed or cancelled due to the premature or early arrival of a baby.
All of our group courses require a minimum number of participants to run. If for any reason these numbers are not reached, you will be notified and we will try to offer you an alternative course, but if one is not available you will be entitled to a full refund. It may be necessary in exceptional circumstances, for class or course times and dates to be changed. If the new time or date is not convenient to you we will try to offer you an alternative class or course but no guarantee is made that we will be able to find a new time or date that works for all course participants. In the unlikely event that the course venue is changed and a new venue is found within 5 miles of the original venue, no refund will be available, not withstanding that you may not find the new venue as convenient as the original venue.
Scheduling
We cannot guarantee which Bump to Cradle professional will give a particular class. Bump to Cradle reserves the right to change the teaching professional assigned for any class at any time without prior notice. The length and/or order of our classes may vary. Bump to Cradle cannot guarantee that the duration and/or order of each class will correspond with the duration and/or order advertised or sold to you although Bump to Cradle will make reasonable efforts to ensure that any discrepancy is minimised.
Privacy Policy
It is very important to us at Bump to Cradle that we protect and respect your privacy in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The below policy explains how we collect data from you and what you provide us with and what we do with it after that point. By accepting our terms and conditions, you agree that Bump to Cradle has the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to use any personal information (including the use of email addresses and other contact details provided to it by you) in fulfillment of its evolving business, except in the case of information that is explicitly stated to be kept confidential.
We collect personal information voluntarily supplied to us through your booking and contact with us. We will take all steps to ensure that this data is processed and stored as securely as possible. Your information is stored securely on password protected servers. Where third party servers are used, we can supply their privacy policy on request.
What do we use your data for?
We may use your personal data for various purposes, including, but not limited to: to help us identify you and any accounts you hold with us; administration; statistical analysis; customer profiling and analysing your purchasing preferences; marketing, billing and order fulfilment; customising this website and its content to your particular preferences; and improving our services. We will use this information in a way to be fully GDPR compliant.
- We use your email addresses to give you information regarding our services, payments and reunions.
- We may use your phone numbers as another means of contact where necessary.
- We use your address for our data collection purposes to help us to learn where our customers travel from and help us plan future course locations.
You have the right to ask us to stop processing your personal data for marketing purposes or ask us to delete your data. If you wish to exercise this right you should:
(a) put your request in writing an email sent to hello@bumptocradle.com with the word Unsubscribe in the Subject
of the email.
(b) provide us with enough information to identify you (full name)

Disclaimer
By booking with Bump to Cradle, you agree, to the extent permissible by applicable law, that Bump to Cradle, its officers, employees and sub-contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or unforeseeable loss, injury or damage suffered by you or anyone connected to you in respect of any enquiry or antenatal or postnatal course, of any variety, arranged by us, including the failure of any course to proceed following payment of a booking. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability under or in connection with your attendance at one or more of our courses, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise shall not exceed the sum of the course or classes you have paid for. We shall not be liable to you in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise for any loss, damage, costs or expenses of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by you of an indirect or consequential nature nor for any economic loss or other loss of turnover, profits, business or goodwill. Course tutors hold the requisite qualifications to teach in their particular field. During the courses you may be required to practice positions and massage. Please check with your health professional to confirm that you can participate in physical skills practice before booking and please check with your doctor or midwife for any medical issue relating to your pregnancy and birth. When emailed or contacted about particular questions or concerns, information given cannot be construed as medical advice and we cannot comment on specific cases. Please check with your health care provider when making decisions concerning lactation or otherwise that may impact the health and well-being of you and/or your breastfeeding child.
