Congratulations on your pregnancy! This is an incredibly exciting time and we are thrilled you are considering attending one of our antenatal courses.

The course starts in March 2024 and is recommended for due dates in mid May to early June.

We are looking forward to welcoming you to our face to face classes in March!

We recommend starting courses between 28-32 weeks pregnant but this really is only a guide and more important is what works for you, how you feel and what other commitments you have at the time! Course Dates*:

Week 1: Thursday 14th March

Week 2: Thursday 21st March

Week 3: Thursday 28th March

Week 4: Thursday 4th April

Week 5: Social event on Thursday 11th April

Optional: Sleep session date: Wednesday, 17th April

Location: Redland Parish Church Halls, Redland, Bristol

This course runs weekly for 4 weeks, 6.30-9.00pm.

We aim to run courses with minimum of 5 couples and maximum of 11 couples.
