Congratulations on your pregnancy! This is an incredibly exciting time and we are thrilled you are considering attending one of our antenatal courses.

The course starts in July 2024 and is recommended for due dates in September to mid October .

We are looking forward to welcoming you to our face to face classes in July!

We recommend starting courses between 28-32 weeks pregnant but this really is only a guide and more important is what works for you, how you feel and what other commitments you have at the time! Week 1: Thursday 4th July

Week 2: Thursday 11th July

Week 3: Thursday 18th July

Week 4: Thursday 25th July

Week 5: Social event on Thursday 1st August

Optional: Sleep session date: Wednesday 17th July

Location: Almondsbury Old School Hall, Church Rd, Almondsbury, Bristol BS32 4ED.

This course runs weekly for 4 weeks, 6.30-9.00pm.

We aim to run courses with minimum of 5 couples and maximum of 11 couples.
