Congratulations on your pregnancy! This is an incredibly exciting time and we are thrilled you are considering attending one of our antenatal courses.

The course starts in May 2024 and is recommended for due dates in July and August.

We are looking forward to welcoming you to our face to face classes in May!

We recommend starting courses between 28-32 weeks pregnant but this really is only a guide and more important is what works for you, how you feel and what other commitments you have at the time! Week 1: Thursday 16th May

Week 2: Thursday 23rd May

Week 3: Thursday 30th June

Week 4: Thursday 6th June

Week 5: Social event on Thursday 13th June

Optional: Sleep session date: Wednesday 5 June

Location: Almondsbury Old School Hall, Church Rd, Almondsbury, Bristol BS32 4ED.

This course runs weekly for 4 weeks, 6.30-9.00pm.

We aim to run courses with minimum of 5 couples and maximum of 11 couples.
