Congratulations on your pregnancy! This is an incredibly exciting time and we are thrilled you are considering attending one of our antenatal courses.

The course starts in April 2024 and is recommended for due dates in June to early July.

We are looking forward to welcoming you to our face to face classes in April!

We recommend starting courses between 28-32 weeks pregnant but this really is only a guide and more important is what works for you, how you feel and what other commitments you have at the time! Week 1: Thursday 25th April

Week 2: Thursday 2nd May

Week 3: Thursday 9th May

Week 4: Thursday 16th May

Week 5: Social event on Thursday 23rd May

Optional: Sleep session date: Wednesday 5th June

Location: Redland Parish Church Halls, Redland, Bristol

This course runs weekly for 4 weeks, 6.30-9.00pm.

We aim to run courses with minimum of 5 couples and maximum of 11 couples.
