Congratulations on your pregnancy! This is an incredibly exciting time and we are thrilled you are considering attending one of our antenatal courses.

The course starts in August 2024 and is recommended for due dates in October to early November.

We are looking forward to welcoming you to our face to face classes in August!

We recommend starting courses between 28-32 weeks pregnant but this really is only a guide and more important is what works for you, how you feel and what other commitments you have at the time! Course Dates*:

Week 1: Thursday 8th August

Week 2: Thursday 15th August

Week 3: Thursday 22nd August

Week 4: Thursday 29th August

Week 5: Social event on Thursday 5th September

Optional: Sleep session date: Wednesday 4th September

Location: Redland Parish Church Halls, Redland, Bristol

This course runs weekly for 4 weeks, 6.30-9.00pm.

We aim to run courses with minimum of 5 couples and maximum of 11 couples.
