Congratulations on your pregnancy! This is an incredibly exciting time and we are thrilled you are considering attending one of our antenatal courses.

The course starts in February 2024 and is recommended for due dates in April to early May 2024.

We are looking forward to welcoming you to our face to face classes in February!

We recommend starting courses between 28-32 weeks pregnant but this really is only a guide and more important is what works for you, how you feel and what other commitments you have at the time! Week 1: Thursday 15 February

Week 2: Thursday 22 February

Week 3: Thursday 29 February

Week 4: Thursday 7 March

Week 5: Social event on Thursday 14 March

Optional: Sleep session: Wednesday, 13th March

Location: Redland Parish Church Halls, Redland, Bristol

This course runs weekly for 4 weeks, 6.30-9.00pm.

We aim to run courses with minimum of 5 couples and maximum of 11 couples.
